A RELAXING JOURNEY THROUGH THE WORLD OF WINE
Latest Wine News

Welcome to Wine News TV – Your source for all things wine.
We are a relaxed and accessible platform for wine lovers. We offer wine reviews, private tastings, and interviews related to the world of wine. Based in Puerto Rico, our Hispanic and Latin American heritage within the United States gives our followers access to the best wines in the world.
Our Story
It all started in 2006 with a wine class at Boutique de Vin, led by Mary Jo Sifre. That one event sparked our passion for wine. Later that year, we created the Wine News Facebook group, where wine lovers would gather to share their favorite bottles. Before we knew it, the group grew to 10,000 members!
Fast forward to 2013, when we expanded to Facebook and Instagram with Wine News TV (formerly Puerto Rico Wine News). Around the same time, Eduardo began conducting interviews, armed only with his iPad. These early conversations with winemakers and wine experts offered unique perspectives on the wine world. Today, Wine News TV’s YouTube channel boasts over 700 interviews, making it the platform with the most wine-focused interviews on YouTube.
But 2013 wasn’t just about wine. Our son was born, and naturally, wine and gastronomy took a backseat. Eduardo also took on high-level roles in both the public and private sectors, where he had to put his love for wine communication aside for a while.
Then came 2020. While the world was in lockdown, Eduardo began hosting Instagram Live interviews to bring entertainment and connection to his audience. These sessions became a hit and a valuable tool for wine retailers to promote their products. Over the next 18 months, Eduardo hosted nearly 100 Instagram Lives, attracting hundreds of thousands of viewers and taking Wine News TV to new levels of exposure.
In December 2022, Eduardo became a bi-monthly contributor to Telemundo PR's Día a Día show, where his dynamic and accessible wine segment has educated and entertained viewers.
In 2023, Eduardo won an influencer contest hosted by one of Spain’s leading wine groups, earning him a trip to Spain to enjoy private tastings and tours of some of the country’s most iconic wineries. That same year, Wine News TV began hosting in-person wine events for its most loyal followers.
2024 brought new milestones. Eduardo launched a podcast for listeners who prefer content in audio format, currently reaching around 15,000 people a month. This year, Wine News TV also presented its first list of the Top 100 Wines of the Year, available as free content for our audience.
