Cancellations and No Shows

We understand that unforeseen events may occur, but due to logistics and planning, replacing event seating with little to no notice is a challenge. These types of cancellations incur monetary expenses that we will no longer cover. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

• Payments are non-refundable but transferable if cancellation is within the grace period.
• In case you need to cancel, you must notify us 72 hours (3 days) before the event date in order to transfer your payment to the next available event. Only one transfer will be allowed per event.
• Cancellations made outside the grace period are not transferable.
• Absences from the event are not transferable.
